Millie D'
                                                                                 Bill Beadle and Barbra Dove

Barb and I shared an anchor watch in Hanalei Bay in June of 1998.  Over the next few years we sailed throughout the Hawaiian Islands, traveled internationally, moved in together and married on Bellows Beach in 2002.  Is Hanalei Bay romantic or what?

Now, we are settled into Waikiki for the duration!  Our condo is in the Tradewinds at Ala Moana and Hobron and we have the Millie D' (32' Grand Banks) and the Lissa Correa (30' Piver Trimaran) in the Ala Wai Harbor.  Two old wood boats that provide plenty of on the water fun and at the slip to do lists.  The Millie D' is the most seaworthy and comfortable of the two and is our vessel of choice when we participate in Cruising Society outings.  I like to say that the Millie D' allows us to tow, rather than be towed.

We are both divers, golfers and like to eat, drink and be merry!  That is why we enjoy the commaraderie of the Cruising and Voyaging Society.
